Your missions: Front-end, Back-end, Full Stack development,... Does that speak to you? This ad is for you! For our Key Accounts and ETI Clients in the Region, we are looking for experienced Java Developers M/F. You will support our customers in their digital transformation. You will participate in the development of new software bricks ranging from the definition of the technical architecture through the drafting of technical specifications to the development and technical acceptance for production. Depending on your interests, you may also have the opportunity to mentor junior developers.
Your responsibilities:
- Needs analysis:
- Understand the functional and technical requirements of the project;
- Participate in the definition of specifications and use cases;
- Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts to design tailored solutions.
- Development and programming:
- Design and develop software applications in accordance with coding standards and best practices;
- Use appropriate programming languages and technologies according to the needs of the project (Angular, Java 8 / Java 11, springboot2, Junit, SQL, tomcat, Gradle, Mapstruct, JavaScript, Spring, API Rest, Scrum, Safe.);
- Mentor junior developers and allow them to progress.
- Testing and validation:
- Develop test cases and perform unit tests to ensure code quality;
- Debug and resolve technical problems encountered during development;
- Collaborate with acceptance teams to perform integration and validation tests.
- Documentation and maintenance:
- Document source code, installation procedures, and user guides;
- Ensure the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing applications;
- Propose improvements and updates based on user feedback and technological developments.
- Technology watch:
- Keep up to date with new technologies, frameworks and libraries available on the market;
- Participate in training and tech events to develop technical skills.
Profile sought: Graduated from an engineering school, you have at least 3 years of experience as a Java Developer. In addition, you have:
- Proficiency in Angular, Java 8 / Java 11, springboot2, Junit, SQL, tomcat, Gradle, Mapstruct, JavaScript, Spring, API Rest, Scrum, Safe;
- Ability to work and collaborate with diverse teams;
- The desire to pass on your knowledge to junior developers;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum);
- Excellent written and oral communication is rigorous;
- A curiosity for new technologies;
- An entrepreneurial spirit, Afster's DNA.
