Location: Lyon 1st district, 2 days of remote work per week

About the role
You will work closely with management, employees, clients (when required), and certain external partners such as the accounting firm.
Your main duties include:
- Client, contract, and order management: Updating dashboards, tracking purchase orders in collaboration with sales teams and clients, and providing support to project managers.
- Invoicing management: Updating dashboards, issuing service invoices, and processing travel expense reimbursements.
- Subcontractor management: Creating and tracking purchase orders and handling partner payments.
- Payment tracking: Ensuring payments align with invoicing.
- Accounting tool updates: Recording and paying invoices, and managing expense receipts.
- Preparation of mission orders.
- Employee activity monitoring: Managing time sheets.
- Tracking WIP (Work in Progress) and ongoing projects.
- Maintaining and updating various reports.
Additional tasks may be assigned based on your expertise.
Your Profile:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are highly detail-oriented and have a knack for working with numbers.
- You possess strong skills in communication, coordination, and managing KPIs and dashboards.
- You are proactive in improving the processes under your responsibility.
- You are a team player with a strong sense of service.
- You have a good command of Microsoft Office.
