Your missions: For our Key Accounts and ETI Clients in the Region, we are looking for experienced IT Business Analysts M/F. You will support our customers in their digital transformation. You will be in charge of making the link between the business needs of our customers and the IT teams. You will collaborate with the various stakeholders, business lines and IT departments, to analyze business processes, define specifications, support the development teams and carry out validation tests.
Your responsibilities:
- Business Needs Analysis:
- Collect and analyze user and business requirements;
- Identify existing business processes and propose improvements or innovative solutions;
- Develop detailed functional specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Design and documentation:
- Specify data flows and usage scenarios;
- Create functional specification documents and process flow diagrams;
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Testing and validation:
- Participate in the definition of test cases and acceptance criteria;
- Ensure the validation of the solutions developed according to the functional specifications;
- Coordinate the testing and acceptance phases with the end users.
- Support and Training:
- Provide support to end-users for the adoption of new features and projects;
- Contribute to the creation of user documentation and training of relevant teams.
- Technology watch:
- Follow trends and technological developments;
- Propose innovative solutions and best practices to optimize business processes.
Profile sought: Graduated from an engineering or business school, you have at least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. In addition, you have:
- Excellent formalization, communication and active listening skills;
- A very high level of rigour:
- Ability to work and collaborate with a variety of teams;
- Mastery of business process modeling tools (e.g. BPMN);
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum);
- A curiosity for new IT solutions and new technologies;
- An entrepreneurial spirit, Afster's DNA.
