Your missions: For our Key Accounts and ETI customers in the Region, we are looking for a talented and motivated IT Business Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and developing business activities related to our technology offerings and solutions. This crucial role involves managing relationships with customers, current or prospects, developing growth strategies, and optimizing business processes to ensure business success

Your responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the IT sector;
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed growth targets;
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  2. Customer relations:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, being their main point of contact for commercial matters;
    • Ensure regular and transparent communication with customers to understand and meet their needs.
  3. Market analysis:
    • Perform market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats;
    • Propose strategic recommendations based on market analyses and customer needs;
    • Contribute to the realization of customer and market account plans.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Prepare commercial proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts and terms of sale;
    • Monitor financial performance indicators and ensure the profitability of projects.
  5. Sourcing:
    • Actively participate in the sourcing of opportunities, whether through the use of partners or the recruitment of new employees.

Profile sought: Graduated from an engineering or business school, you have a first experience as a Business Manager in the IT sector. In addition, you have:

  • Experience in business development and account management in the IT sector;
  • In-depth knowledge of IT market trends;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies;
  • An HR fiber to participate effectively in Afster's recruitment process;
  • The ability to develop a network of partners to find sourcing solutions:
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, Afster's DNA.
